Jean Martin is the President and Managing Director of Euraudit Consult, overseeing the company’s strategic direction and vision. With over 20 years of experience working across Luxembourg, France, and Europe, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and extensive professional expertise to the services we offer.
Jean is a certified public accountant, a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC) in Luxembourg, and also a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in France.
His broad experience makes him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex accounting, auditing, and financial matters.
Marie-Laure SADIN
Partner & Managing Director

Marie-Laure Sadin has been a core member of Euraudit Consult since its founding, bringing extensive experience in supporting businesses and freelancers. She is responsible for managing numerous client portfolios and specializes in social services.
Marie-Laure also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficient and sustainable corporate governance.
She holds the Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable (DEC – Luxembourg). Her leadership and expertise contribute significantly to the firm’s success and client satisfaction.
Astrid KAISER

Certified Accountant, France
Astrid Kaiser plays a pivotal role in managing the accounting and tax files of French operating companies. Her deep expertise ensures that all services provided to our clients in France are both compliant and efficient.
A chartered accountant and statutory auditor in France, Astrid is a member of the French Association of Chartered Accountants.
She holds the Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable (DEC), the highest French qualification in auditing and accounting, solidifying her position as a trusted expert in the field.
Morgane DESNOYER
Internship as a Chartered Accountant
Morgane Desnoyer joined Euraudit Consult in 2020 while pursuing her studies. After completing a year of dual training and successfully earning her diploma, she is now a full member of our team and is actively working towards obtaining her Luxembourg Chartered Accountant diploma.
Morgane manages a diverse client portfolio in accounting and tax consulting, while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of the firm. Her strong work ethic and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team. Morgane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from France.
Julie BOUR
Accountant
With a successful career in international trade behind her, Julie Bour decided to transition into accounting, quickly adapting her skills to meet the demands of the profession. She has gained significant expertise in general and analytical accounting, particularly during her time working in France.
Julie recently joined our team and brings a wealth of experience to our daily operations. In parallel with her professional work, she is currently completing her studies to earn the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG) – the advanced diploma in accounting and management in France.
