Jean MARTIN
Founding Partner, President & Managing Director
Chartered Accountant, France and Luxembourg
Jean is President and Managing Director. He is responsible for the company’s global vision and strategy. With over 20 years of experience in Luxembourg, France and Europe, he brings technical knowledge, expertise and sound advice to all clients.
He is a Chartered Accountant member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) in Luxembourg and a Chartered Accountant member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in France.
Jean holds a DEC (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable – France).
Marie-Laure SADIN
Partner & Managing Director
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Luxembourg
Marie-Laure has been a member of the firm since it was founded. With her many years of experience, she is responsible for various client files, including commercial companies and self-employed professionals. Marie-Laure is also in charge of the social services department.
She is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm.
Marie-Laure holds a DEC (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable – Luxembourg).
Astrid KAISER

Chartered Accountant, France
Astrid plays an active role in managing the accounting and tax records and files of French operating companies.
She is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor and a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in France.
Astrid holds the DEC (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable – France).
Morgane DESNOYER
Internship as a Chartered Accountant
Morgane joined the firm in 2020 during her studies. After a year of work experience and graduation, she is now a full member of the firm and she is studying for the Luxembourg chartered accountancy diploma.
Morgane manages a diverse clientele, handling both accounting and tax issues. She is also in charge of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Morgane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance – France.
Julie BOUR
Accountant
After an international career in trading field, Julie reoriented her career to accountancy. She has used her skills to adapt quickly to the expectations of our profession. After working in France, where she developed solid expertise in general and cost accounting, Julie recently joined our team.
In addition to her professional activity, Julie is currently finalising her studies to obtain the DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et Gestion – France).
